Professional Affairs Officer – Practice (Temporary Post until April 2011)
Salary range; £39,363 – £43,737 pa plus benefits Full Time London Bridge
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about future opportunities for occupational therapists and keen to work in this temporary role until April 2011 advancing the interests of the profession.
As part of the professional practice team you will support the work of the Political Influencing, Practice and Policy unit (PIPP) and:
You will need a good understanding of national policy and legislation in relation to occupational therapy and health and social care, have good communication and organisational skills and be keen to develop networks and partnerships.
This is a unique opportunity to make a difference to the profession, to influence policy development at a strategic level and provide professional practice support to members.
