Implementing “Fulfilling and rewarding lives”. Consultation for the statutory guidance for local authorities and NHS organisations to support implementation of the autism strategy - 3 10-11

This draft guidance has been developed for health and social care organisations to inform them how to implement the Autism Act 2009. They particularly request the following examples:

• Examples of delivery of diagnostic and assessment services for adults with autism
• Examples of cost effective ways to deliver autism awareness training
• Examples of how local commissioning plans have improved outcomes for adults with autism and how local leadership for this has been ensured.
